Olomouc Tvaruzky Cheese Festival (Theresian Hotel****)
A gastronomic festival where the main star is the famous Smelly Cheese. Come to Olomouc on 15-16 April and taste tvarůžky as you have never tasted it before! You can also look forward to lots of other great regional products, beers from local microbreweries, a cooking show with Michelin-starred chef Roman Paulus, folk singing and dancing, concerts and a programme for children.
